Previously, we encountered some difficulties with our classes due to our teacher falling ill. Promptly, we raised a ticket to address this issue and sought a refund. However, our concerns were efficiently handled by Academic Heads "Neha Sharma" and "Priya Patel". Instead of opting for a refund, they took proactive steps to assign us a new teacher. We were introduced to Ms. Nandini Sharma, a Platinum teacher, whose expertise and dedication have significantly enhanced our learning experience. We extend our gratitude to the team for promptly addressing our concerns and ensuring a smooth transition. Their swift action and commitment to resolving issues exemplify their dedication to providing quality education.

In my 10 months using this platform, I've had a mixed experience. At first, my laptop didn't work well with it, and the counselors seemed great and educated in persuading me to join. They talked a lot about how important it is for kids to use the platform, though. It was smart to try out some classes before signing up, but you can only do that on their own platform. After I signed up, I had some problems, but the customer service was very helpful. Overall, it's good.
