However, our concerns were efficiently handled by Academic Heads "Neha Sharma" and "Priya Patel". Instead of opting for a refund, they took proactive steps to assign us a new teacher. We were introduced to Ms. Nandini Sharma, a Platinum teacher, whose expertise and dedication have significantly enhanced our learning experience.
